Cherry brandy is the oldest fruit brandy, made from the fermentation and distillation of sweet, small-stoned black semi-wild cherries. It is a classic digestive with a good stone taste, also used in cooking and baking. Kirsch enhances both Alsatian coffee and the fromage blanc from our farm inns.
