It is a small peach with a slightly red flesh that matures later than its yellow and white sisters. Smell the pear! Take a bite! This eau-de-vie obtained by the distillation of fruits from the rich and warm lands of the Rhône valley, is undoubtedly the star of the eaux-de-vie and the most consumed.

We call “marcs” the residue of the grapes pressed after the harvest. To obtain this high-quality eau-de-vie, we use destemmed marc from the king grape variety of Alsace wines, Gewurztraminer. It benefits from the “Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée”.
