For our “Forest” Gin, we have integrated berries & plants, some of which are harvested in the surrounding forests, such as wild service tree, wild rose, blueberry, etc. We thus discover an intense and complex gin with notes of citrus zest, resin and undergrowth. To be enjoyed pure or combined with a Tonic.

Armagnac with a beautiful mahogany color, bright and clear. A nose marked by freshness with a pretty undergrowth and spicy nuances, even some iodized marine notes. Morello cherries are macerated with their stems to make them easier to eat or possibly to make them into disguised fruits. Cherries, as our elders did, are eaten especially as a digestive!

Our “Traditional” Gin is obtained by double distillation and comes from a maceration of juniper, coriander, orris root, angelica root, maniguette, calamus, etc. This reveals a profile that is both elegant and racy with lemony and peppery notes. To be enjoyed pure or combined with a Tonic.
