For our “Forest” Gin, we have integrated berries & plants, some of which are harvested in the surrounding forests, such as wild service tree, wild rose, blueberry, etc. We thus discover an intense and complex gin with notes of citrus zest, resin and undergrowth. Baco is a hybrid grape variety, discovered by the teacher François Baco, a nurseryman in the Landes and passionate about viticulture. The genetic origin is a crossing of the Folle Blanche and Noah grape varieties carried out in 1898 after the phylloxera crisis. It is also known under the names Baco 22A, Maurice-baco and Piquepoul de pays.

Here is a Bas Armagnac with a light and shiny gold reflection. The rather complex nose is marked by notes of citrus tea which subsequently give way to woody vanilla.
