Shipping your package

Packages are generally shipped within 2 days after payment is received. They are shipped via UPS with a tracking number and delivered without a signature. Packages can also be shipped via UPS Extra and delivered upon signature. Please contact us before choosing this delivery method, as it incurs additional costs. Regardless of the delivery method chosen, we will send you a link to track your package online.

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. Preparation costs are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend consolidating all of your items into one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each order. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items. Box sizes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.

How does reimbursement work

A refund is issued with the same payment method as that used on the site after acceptance by our services.

How to return the product?

The product must be returned in its original packaging and protected as much as possible, either by the original cardboard or by another suitable means of packaging.

What should I do if I made a mistake or changed my mind?

In the event of an error or change of mind, simply return the items that have not been used to us and they will be refunded in full upon receipt. In this case, return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Who pays the return costs?

In the event of an error or defective product, shipping costs are the responsibility of Distillerie G. Miclo. If the return is made following an error or a change of mind by the customer, the return will in this case be the customer's responsibility.

What is the deadline for returning the goods?

The legal deadline for returning goods is 14 days.

How soon will I be refunded after returning my order ?

Upon receipt of the returned goods.

I have changed my mind, I would like to cancel my purchase. Is it possible ?

In accordance with current law, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of the products. The customer who exercises this right has the obligation to return, under his responsibility and at his own expense, the products in their original, unaltered packaging to the seller's address. The seller reimburses the customer within 30 days. The refund does not include delivery costs to the customer. Return costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
