We call “marcs” the residue of the grapes pressed after the harvest. To obtain this high-quality eau-de-vie, we use destemmed marc from the king grape variety of Alsace wines, Gewurztraminer. Brandy obtained by the distillation of Ente plum (variety used for Agen prunes). This eau-de-vie is aged in stainless steel vats, then matured in oak barrels for 12 months to give it its beautiful amber color, its roundness and the light tannins which soften it. It is recommended to taste it at room temperature, in order to preserve the woody side of our eau-de-vie.

This brandy is obtained by the distillation of hop cones. It has a floral and spicy taste with a light scent of cinnamon.

Result of the distillation of garden raspberries, it has a very fine taste. We find all the freshness of the fruit on the nose and palate. Served in a balloon glass, well shaken, raspberry brandy has a heady scent and a particularly intense aroma. A great digestive!
