This Small Batch #6 Cherry Cask Finish brings together 2 barrels from a double maturation. Distilled in 2015, this whiskey comes from 30 ppm malt. Aged for 3 and a half years in Burgundy barrels, it then rested for 4 and a half years in our own barrels where our cherries were macerated.

It has an elegant, complex, slightly smoky nose, with a pastry and gourmet note of candied fruit. Its mouth, ample and silky, is marked by rancio notes ending on a pleasantly woody, stoney and finely spicy register.
