This small purple plum, with yellow flesh which ripens at the end of summer, is typical of Alsatian orchards. Its fruity and virile brandy is very appreciated among others by the elders, who taste it very cold or at the temperature of the coffee cup.

With a beautiful red color, this sweet and tangy liqueur is very fragrant. It is a delight for the taste buds.

Old Armagnac, amber, deep ruby reflections, very fine. A complex nose with first crushed strawberry accompanied by a few cloves then we discover delicately aniseed nougat.
