Our “Traditional” Gin is obtained by double distillation and comes from a maceration of juniper, coriander, orris root, angelica root, maniguette, calamus, etc. This reveals a profile that is both elegant and racy with lemony and peppery notes. To be enjoyed pure or combined with a Tonic.

Baco is a hybrid grape variety, discovered by the teacher François Baco, a nurseryman in the Landes and passionate about viticulture. The genetic origin is a crossing of the Folle Blanche and Noah grape varieties carried out in 1898 after the phylloxera crisis. It is also known under the names Baco 22A, Maurice-baco and Piquepoul de pays.

This Bas Armagnac with a beautiful, clear amber color reveals a light nose marked by delicately chocolatey burnt caramel. In the mouth the light balance is rather green until the finish where we find the licorice stick at the bottom of the glass. Non contractual photo

Armagnac, an amber-colored brandy. A slight herbaceous side to the nose with some notes of hay and a nice cocoa afterwards. The palate appears well balanced, we find a well-blended woodiness with an animal touch which asserts the character and caramel candy to soften the finish. Non contractual photo

Old Armagnac, amber, deep ruby reflections, very fine. A complex nose with first crushed strawberry accompanied by a few cloves then we discover delicately aniseed nougat. In the mouth we note a nice rounded balance, we are more on woody or even leather which brings a little bitterness to energize the finish. Non contractual photo
