Alsatian Whiskey Aged in Sauternes barrels

Goudoulin Armagnacs owe their authenticity to a woman of character. Becoming a widow in 1927, Jeanne Goudoulin managed the family estate alone for more than 40 years. It is an exceptional winery with rare vintages, remarkable quality and history that she will pass on to her grandson Christian, who will be able to develop the activity and the notoriety of the brand.

Result of the distillation of garden raspberries, it has a very fine taste. We find all the freshness of the fruit on the nose and palate. Served in a balloon glass, well shaken, raspberry brandy has a heady scent and a particularly intense aroma. A great digestive!

A choice of the best vats as well as an aging of 4 years are necessary for the production of so-called “Grande Réserve” eaux-de-vie.

Here is a Bas Armagnac with a light and shiny gold reflection. The rather complex nose is marked by notes of citrus tea which subsequently give way to woody vanilla. NEW Alsatian Whiskey Aged in White Burgundy barrels

“Vodka.G” succeeded “Ginger’s” (well known to Alsatians) in 2007.

It is the root of this mountain flower that is distilled. This brandy has significant bitterness and a strong earthy taste and is recognized for its tonic and digestive properties.

We call “marcs” the residue of the grapes pressed after the harvest. To obtain this high-quality eau-de-vie, we use destemmed marc from the king grape variety of Alsace wines, Gewurztraminer. It benefits from the “Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée”.

Bas Armagnac with a beautiful amber color with golden highlights. On the nose we find quince with some small dried fruits such as almond or hazelnut. Cherry brandy is the oldest fruit brandy, made from the fermentation and distillation of sweet, small-stoned black semi-wild cherries. It is a classic digestive with a good stone taste, also used in cooking and baking. Kirsch enhances both Alsatian coffee and the fromage blanc from our farm inns.
