Overview of Liqueur de Plantes
I am a fan of this liqueur. It is very herbatious on the nose, it has a fenel note as well. Extremely syrupy as well in texture. On the pallate you get a sweetness that is not overbearing but requires you to sip it for enjoyment (not shootable). Pleasant fennel and licorice flavor and a surpizing chocolate note as well. I am not an expert nor do I have the pallate to give a serious review, but I did write this while enjoying some. It is a solid 4.5 out of 5.
