A choice of the best vats as well as an aging of 4 years are necessary for the production of so-called “Grande Réserve” eaux-de-vie. This eau-de-vie gives the impression of biting into a very ripe fruit as its aroma is intense and representative of this sunny fruit.

Brandy obtained by the distillation of Ente plum (variety used for Agen prunes). This eau-de-vie is aged in stainless steel vats, then matured in oak barrels for 12 months to give it its beautiful amber color, its roundness and the light tannins which soften it. It is recommended to taste it at room temperature, in order to preserve the woody side of our eau-de-vie.
